Well its my Birthday - the first without my Mum. What does Dad do but ask if I will move out by the end of the month as he wants his girlfriend to visit (and also wants to redo my room so that he can sell the house faster!!) Great.. But.. (takes a deep breath!) No matter what he says or does I will not let him win and depress me - Mum would have killed me if I let that happen. - So tonight I become more determined to smile and remain cheerful even though my heart is broken. "One day at a time" was her favourite saying. I just add "And up yours Dad !!"
